Quick question for paper mache [I Like Crafting]

Do y’all know what wire is used to make paper mâché things? If you’d like me to go into detail I’m trying to make a standing deer and one lying down, also a few bunnies. These will go around and near my Xmas tree this yr. They will be about 3 to 4 ft tall.

I think I'd aim to use baling wire for most of the 'support' type areas. the chicken wire as previously mentioned or even some rabbit fencing might be useful for other areas.
