David Hockney has died

There is a magnificent exhibition of his work at the Serpentine Gallery currently.

A friend took her 13 y-o daughter during half-term.
The photographs on her telephone were most interesting, particular the pictures of his Normandy house through all the seasons.

I went to Saltaire to see the exhibition of his work therein Salts Mill . It was amazing. Sadly, I didn't have enough time to fully take it all in.
