@emmasfriend at least in the US, technically, your work is subject to the copyright even if you dont go through the formalities.

nice work, do you consider yourself an artist?

@Startide that sounds great. are you able to truly vary the pressure and alter the result? I have used some drawing in post-photo processing, but never just the digital media. Many of my drawings are in my albums.

@samueltyler2 Yes absolutely, but you'll need a pressure sensitive stylus and compatible screen. My stylus came with my tablet. Fair warning, it feels very different from using pressure IRL, but you can costumize the pressure sensitivity in the tablet and even for each different brush. You can also alter your finished lineart if you drew it on a vector layer, which ends up saving a lot of time for stylized art. I especially like the "free transform" option; rather than simply resizing and moving, you can actually scew the selected lines. I took a look at your gallery and it looks like you enjoy still life and figure drawing in particular? The photographs are beautiful too.

@Startide yes, i like to draw both figures and still life, i enjoy photographing similar, but when on vacation i enjoy landscapes and landmarks. I have been doing this since i was a young child. If drawing a figure and have no model, i have used my own image at times.
