Thoughts on this?

@caccoon Today I fasted a little bit and I only ate breakfast and then only fruits. I drunk a beverage of cassia fistula that I found. It is a laxative but very mild, nothing like coffee for example. It acts deeper and slower. Purging and cleansing, I might try to repeat it tomorrow.
I'm working with plant spirits lately too and am thinking that perhaps today's painting was partially because of that cleansing.
