I get that ALL the time on Instagram. Once I had someone ask me if I would buy some art. I did. Used up the last of my money. And when I got the artwork, she insisted I KEEP buying.
It's like, Instagram needs a better reporting system where you can give a reason WHY you're reporting people. Or a customer service phone line to speak to someone with direct complaints. I've had like 20 some odd artists follow me and if I accept their messages they're all "commission some art from me!"
I'm not against people wanting to make a living through artwork BUT I'm NOT made of money. Nearly all my money goes to rent, bills, pet supplies and conventions/cosplays.
