Ah I know I am supposed to be sleeping and not doing what I'm doing but sometimes it is what it is

So many things are settling within me the past few days.

The magical art workshop actually worked. I mean I put an older photo there tied to my art object and offered it to the forest and somewhat, my past is clearing ever since in an intense kind of rhythm.

@JohnnyNoir I'm actually thinking I should stay up for another 3 hours, since my new conditions are, Mr Ginger Kitty (Sime) is coming to say good morning at 6am. Now it's 3 am. And I can't put him into snooze mode yet, he's not yet trained so he goes around for a solid few minutes to make sure he's made his presence felt. Another one two, a bit more relaxed.
And so knowing they'll come, I'm thinking should I just stay till 6 and then ...hmm..that late chocolate is keeping me up I suspect :D

@being my mind feels as sharp as it always has but the body feels otherwise. I really need to work on flexibility and balance. I have one really bad knee and it doesn't always work in unison with the rest of me

@JohnnyNoir qigong, taichi and yoga are all great, if you can find any classes nearby... otherwise online videos..
