It would be black.
Paint absorbs the entire spectrum of light except for the colour it is. So red paint absorbs all other colours but it reflects red light. That's why it appears as red.
So if you add all the colours together, it would result in the spectrum absorption of all light that falls on it, giving the appearance of black.
