Several things:
1) colors normally used for babies, blue for boys, pink for girls
2) Behance - I noticed a trend where some people excessively used this palette for their works
3) Something from second half of 20th century art...a pool painting by David Hockney? Or maybe something more recent inspired by him. I'm not sure.
4) An old cabinet at my grandmother's house where plastic sliding doors had exactly these colors.
Overall, an association with pop art, something that tries to target younger generations wanting to be cool.
