I like the first one, I have no idea what it’s supposed to be about
The second seems like in a way sad , could be happy if or when whoever it’s waiting for comes back. Again I have no idea what it was meant to be.

@Repete I'm seeing a cat, waiting by the gate for something or someone. Maybe its ears glow from excitement.

@Repete Yes, like a little alien creature! It heard the gate creaking open through the dense fog, but I have a feeling it's not going to be what it thinks. 😦

Foggy days or nights gives things that creepy feeling, the creaking gate does not help ease the tension. I think you maybe right.@Eoghan
