When I saw these I thought that the President's was extremely lifelike. Looks like a photo almost. The First Lady's not so much (Clearly a painting)

Not degrading the artists skill, just: if youre going to paint....make it expressive 🤷♀️ use the media.

Wasn't impressed with either. Not a fan of photo-realism, too cold and uncreative, so far as the President's. Mrs Obama's just looks amateurish to me.
