What do suffists, Buddhists, taoists.. mean by the art of not trying?

How is it that when you seek you miss? And that everything you need or want comes to you when you are in stillness?
Today i read that :"poets or artists can experience a glimpse of mysticism but they're not mystics... That's why you are usually attracted to one artwork for some artist and you think their other work is rubbish
Bcz that specific art they did was effortless" .

Now what's that and how can i know more about it. Taoism is so subtle i can barely understand it, i need easy language😬

@Hassan don't try so hard. let it come to you a bit at a time
Daoism is not understandable anyway.
