Not technically, but when I was 17 a buddy and I decided to hitchhike from CT to FL.
Outside Washington DC we got a ride, explained our situation to the driver, and he suggested we sleep in his church, which was unlocked.
At Five in the morning the lights came on, we were spotted, and a few minutes later the cops came in with guns drawn.
They took us to the police station, called the minister who refused to press charges, then made us get on a bus back to CT.
