Some one has to know something about this damn thing.

This clown is poly resin.
It is marked Universal statuary 1981.
It's about 48 inches tall.
I have searched my heart out trying to find out anything even close to this thing.
I want to sell it cheap but I don't want to get taken to the cleaners with it.
Open to ideas of how to get info on it if nothing else.
