I have a painting of myself – a caricature 😬
It's more like me than I am myself.

My main area of art interest is portraiture. Only I don't paint... pastels are my medium choice. I would like to do commission work someday when I have more time.

I do actually although it's more impressionist than realistic.

Yes I have a 3/4 portrait on Canvas I wasnt sure whether or not to have it done at the time.

However years later I'm pleased I did .
Im not egotistical so I have it hanging in my bedroom.

What I like most about it - is somehow it seems to have captured the essence of me in a timeless way.

So totally different to how a photograph does.

I have a drawing that was good enough for strangers to recognize me when I was looking at it in an exhibition...

I've had a few people either draw me or paint me. It's fun seeing how they interpret it

Yeah. I just painted myself using as many colors and brushes .. and stuck my face onto a drawing paper .. hiya!
