How much revenue a time did it take you to build your first PC?

I want to build my self a fast PC with a beautiful graphics card that can easily run game engines like Unreal and Unity, and that I can practice 3D modeling on, and run Photoshop all day with out it freaking out. Practical enough?

Putting the parts together, 30min-1hr top. Installing the OS and your software, that's a different story, not to mention a day (minimum) tweaking your video card settings.
