How much revenue a time did it take you to build your first PC?

I want to build my self a fast PC with a beautiful graphics card that can easily run game engines like Unreal and Unity, and that I can practice 3D modeling on, and run Photoshop all day with out it freaking out. Practical enough?

It will cost around 550$ for a mid range pc, it will be able all application and video games (medium graphic settings)
