How much revenue a time did it take you to build your first PC?

I want to build my self a fast PC with a beautiful graphics card that can easily run game engines like Unreal and Unity, and that I can practice 3D modeling on, and run Photoshop all day with out it freaking out. Practical enough?

My first computer? Well it was 20 minutes from my house and the purchase took 8 minutes.

@coffeedimplez I want it to work right, so I have other people build it. Then if it doesn't, I have someone to scream at besides myself.
