Can't say much about figure skating, though I did date someone that was a ballerina and she'd come home with wrapped and bloody toes from all the work she'd put in. Would worry me, but found out she wasn't the only one. All the others were like that too and no, it wasn't because she wasn't doing it right like some people think, it was because they'd push themselves so hard to get the parts, nothing else mattered. As for figure skating? I suppose you have those that would do the same, but as I said, I have no experience there.

@MrPerditus1 And that is the reason why I gave up the dream of becoming a ballerina. I don't want my feet to get hurt.

@SW-User Good reason :D and she always complained that she didn't have pretty feet. They were rough, but she loved what she did.
