Quick recap. Been on the game since I was 16. Had a pimp for the longest time, and I mostly worked in a brothel. I worked for her for a number of years then in my early 20's, we had a big falling out.
Cue helping to form a breakaway group with another pimp. My bestie. I'd helped create the stable of girls with her, build up the business, whilst working as one of the girls in this new brothel.
Some 8 or 9 years of that and my boss gave me a pay rise to go with my new promotion of being 'Deputy Ho'.
In this role, I combine both the sexual role of being a brothel girl, going with around 18 punters a shift (which I love) to also doing the admin/general day to day stuff as the boss steps back a bit for other priorities in her life.
So far, so good.
It's been 8 months down for me in this new role, split between 60/40 and 70/30 in favour of the more sexual side of the business, but it was a bit of a hard juggling act. We learn by doing, and I've found the best frame work that works for both me and the girls.
It's not all sex!
Sorting out new girls, supplies of linen, keeping the throughput of clients, getting rubbers for the street girls, the supplies of food and drink, keeping both neighbours and the police 'sweet'...supplying drugs, as needed, making sure the girls all go to their health check ups monthly, making sure everybody looks presentable, the cleaning...
...and, still being their friend and work colleague.
I've not really noticed any change in people's attitude towards me, I'm always there for a discussion or a hug, and still sort out activities away from work...social activities...so that we can relate, get on, and just have fun.
