Let's say you have the opportunity to have sex with a beautiful women.

You can either masterbate ( and be fine) or you could have amazing orgasms with her but there's a huge chance you might get nausea afterwards and you risk extreme issues controlling your bladder. - would you still do it?

I have a type of vomiting that also ends up inducing a panic attack at the same time due the the feelings being so similar in my body to the point that many times when it happens I wish I was dead. So nope. I'll just play hand ball instead.
