fish roasted on coals
its midwinters and most lakes are frozen,,,I crave for fresh catch roasted on coals with salt peppers and lemon squeezed on the hot food

Our lakes hasn’t been freezing up the way it use to. I don’t like iffy ice I want it solid. That said, there is nothing better than fresh caught fish cooked over an open camp fire . You can have your Lemmon or peppers, I’m simple fish a little salt and pepper and I’m good.
