I made this little aquatic jar for fun

@Barny52 It depends on a lot of factors! If you monitor the light it receives, the amount you fertilize (these are the two things that seem to create algae bloom), it won't. As long as the plants are efficiently using the nutrients in the water, and there is not excess (and too long of light exposure), algae will not have enough change to grow, so the water will stay crystal clear. I just do water top-ups as it evaporates

@Barny52 yeah! 😊 And you can trim and maintain it, but it wouldn't last forever because I don't do a layer of soil underneath

@caccoon I enjoy crafts and looking at unusual stuff, people have such good original ideas not like all the mass produced Chinese shite you get in the shops xx
