I still prefer a surround sound system with a real subwoofer.

Even a old 7.2 sony surround receiver as long as it's a good subwoofer I feel is better than a sound bar.

Yet that's probably a taste matter.

@Montanaman now add to that auxiliary boosters on subwoofer. So that my 150 watt reciever doesn't get bogged down.

Your whole system is 200 watts correct? Every speaker in your system takes apart of that 200 watts. So your woofer really isn't 200 watts.

Combined my whole system is 300 watts.

@Montanaman That's awesome! I have the Sony 65" OLED TV with the Atmos sound bar, sub woofer and rear speakers. I don't know why, but I have never unboxed the rear speakers. 🤷‍♂️
