Is there a way on Samsung A13 5G phone, to see a record of every number that you've interacted with?

There's a friend I was texting with off and on and must have deleted the number and the messages because I can't find anything to message them back. Does the Samsung A13 5G phone keep some hidden record of all the phone numbers you have had interaction with or not?

Or is there some generic Android phone setting that lets you in to seeing numbers on your phone? I don't have any messages archived. That was the first place I tried. Thanks if you can help out :)
