Does anyone complain about the televisions?
Televisions no longer come with channel changing buttons, no built on volume button, it's hard to find the off-on control button.

Remotes no longer have channel numbers, one has to go through all programmed channels, minus the hidden ones.

If your remote stops working you can't change the channel until you replace the remote. And if you can't find the power button on the TV you have to unplug it.

Much of that might be due to the huge increase in the number of channels, but their design is for ease hence cheapness of manufacture, not ease of use.

I have no TV, and so no idea how to use the modern ones!

Theres nothing to watch so relax. Watch movies for free and no ads at ok dot are you or good old ones on internet archive. Collect old vhs movies and keep the vcr working, that and the natural beauty still everywhere.

@Ohplease47 oh but I do, even though somewhat obsolete I still have many VHS and a player. DVDs are becoming obsolete but I still buy and my storing cases are full.
