Today has not been a good day

We gotta new washer and dryer and was trying to put them in we were cleaning out the dryer vent which is much longer than we even knew about and the worst part of it is the brush tool we were using one of the fiberglass rods snapped off in the pipe and is stuck in the pipe it's been a battle try to get it back out
