Too close to wall, or coils are dirty and it builds up condensation. Or tube clogged up from freezer to go in drain pan underneath

You most likely have a pinhole, You need a repair guy.

@NativePortlander1970 pin hole would be out of freon by now,does it have a catch container under freezer mine does that catches water
