The sad truth is, they are not kidding

I ordered batteries. They arrived early, worked just fine.

Some schmoe of a satellite company emailed me to ask how the vendor performed.

Understand - they did not offer me anything - they just wanted my opinion.

So I said - batteries arrived early, work fine.

They wouldn't let me click 'submit' because they have a minimum number of characters set. (Remind you of anything?) Wasn't long enough.

This raised my dander. But I did fill in enough characters.

"Are you kidding? You won't accept a positive rating because it's too short? Perhaps I should've added the batteries are an attractive soft petal pink. The silvery ends are the right accessory. Oh, and I will not, ever, respond to another email from your company. Beggars can't be choosy, friends. Goodbye."

You could have downgraded them for the pushy survey company they hired.
@bowman81 😂 Wish I'd thought of that.

A company I do product reviews for now require to do a minimum of 500 characters, it burned up followed by a bunch of periods
@MarineBob This reminded me of a truck driver's accident report, kicked back to him for more detail.

"Saw shadow on road. Looked like bull. Hit shadow. Was bull. "
I soooo loved this. 😂😂😂 Thanks for the chuckle!
@Kathburglar It's a great life if you don't weaken!

"Batteries arrived early, works fine. But what annoys me is that your feedback system has this unnecessary minimum characters limit that not just annoys the users but waste their precious time. And next time they may consider not giving any feedback, or negative maybe."
@ABCDEF7 Yessss.

From now on, everyone on SW should use the phrase " soft petal pink" when extending the length of their titles.
@DrWatson It would be taken wrong. Or right.

@Mamapolo2016 It might increase the number of profile views!

they hired sw to make the survey i suppose
@SW-User That's what I'm thinking.

When nobody listens to what anybody says, why do they want them to say more?
You have never failed to amuse me.
