Is This Easy?

My front-loading LG Washer clearly needs a new gasket. If I would order a gasket, would it be easy for me to remove the old one and put in the new one? Me, who has no experience whatsoever with appliance repair? My biggest fear would be damaging the washer in the process.

coz if it's the gasket on the door, the door hinge has some sensors that may get damaged or not work properly with untrained hands meddling around. Same goes for the other gaskets inside, sensitive parts all around.[/c]
