OLD MAN COMPLAINS AGAIN XII

I was at Starbucks and I almost had a heart attaaaaack because they wouldn't give me a refill. I had to talk to 3 employees and the manager to get a coffee refill on my cappucino. (I just wanted black coffee) They kept refusing me. Grrrrrr. 😠 Then I whipped out the company policy and read it to them. Finally the manager showed up and said that I was right and brought my coffee to my table. Flawless VICTORY

I have seen attempted refills but the cup was dirty on the rim!
