Shuzo Oshimi is pretty good
Mangaki is the term for the writer and artist of mangas, which are Japanese comics. I've in little more than an hour polished off the first 2 volumes of his Blood on the Tracks, 3 through 13 are right by me, and #14 will come on Thursday, and the 15th in November, i believe there will be a total of 16 in this series. It's storywise the best manga i've come across yet, like for Berserk there's a lot of action and with those panels i struggle oftimes to see what it's depicting, i thus need mostly mangas with a lot of dialogue, and i love horror, this series provides a unsettling creeping dread that is quite priceless, and perfect. His other work i need BADLY now, The Flowers of Evil, Happiness, Inside Mari, and Welcome Back Alice are his most acclaimed, oh dear i might see if i can get one of em pretty damn soon, the worst that could happen is that my payment method would be declined.
This obsession is serious, for the sake of this all my spare change will go into the savings which i can then online pay the visa, i shall suffer culinarily by having to eat disgusting prison food tasting frozen meal crap, forsaking my tummy's wants and needs for take out fast food.
This is quite the 1st world problem, but still, so very dicey. I cannot wait for more of the pleasures of the mangaverse to be unveiled before my beady lil eyes, a dozen or so titles have been drilled into my subconscious so i know where my funds will go for the next few months, and then what, oh dear lord, what the hell next?? What strange new sights will eternally imprint themselves upon my western psyche, and how in all that is good and interesting will i be able to convey such marvels spoiler free??!!
***hysterical giggling*** will it stick the landing?? gosh it better
