I Love Anime
I was into anime as a teenager but now i'm really being sucked into the vortex because of the fact that FFXIV became my primary focus but I got bored with gathering and crafting so many things and stopped wanting to spend gil so I do a lot by Bot and right now I hit 56 Paladin and I'm getting ready to craft the latest bit of gear to do my Job quest...
But I don't want to have to focus on the Bot constantly so I'm watching Anime. It doesn't help either that the only show I want to watch on TV I'm watching with my mother and so I don't want to spoil it and have to watch it again.
So I've got very little else to do but just sperg all over Animes while I wait for the bot to finish gathering and so I've picked up yet another show Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai
Which is kind of right up my ally...
But as a teenager and even n my twenties I was so absorbed into MMORPGS like FFXI that my backlog of shows to watch swelled to enormous size.
Don't Judge me for watching show with Cute Anime girls it might be something I'm into but I'm not shallow and you'll find that my taste is not entirely masculine in that I watch Shows intended for Women as well.
not just in terms of anime but also things like The bletchley circle which passed the bechdel test with flying colors.
A lot of what I watch is Deeply Feminist in character so Judging my taste by just one or two shows you're not going to get it.
I should create a list of Television shows I've completed. I'm working on the Handmaid's tale right now but I took a break.
But really late 2018-2019 for me will go down as the 12-15 month period where I finished more Animes than I had in a previous decade combined and I cannot attribute it just to the shows being shorter seasons because anime is getting more and more popular and they're ordering more and more shows so the studios that make it are swamped and can't do 24 episode seasons anymore.
I really have been watching quiet heavily.
