Jiren and Toppo deserved to win the Universal tornament
Jiren played non-chalantly. In the backstory, he had even refused to fight for merely glory. He believed that gods decided to wipe out u11, he would accept it as predestiny.
He let Vegeta and Goku slide many times.
Toppo also let everyone slide by not using hakai powers early enough. He could hace wiped up the floor within 10 minutes with only goku and vegeta standing.
So many times they let goke and vegata recover. But Jiren wasnt allowed to recover as Goku and frieza ganged up on him.
