WHAT 80'S ANIME MOVIE OR LONGER SHOW IS THIS?!?!?!? SOME ANIME-GUY HERE?!?!

It is an anime.. longer episode of a series or a movie,,. just dont know the name

I had a female solving a TV movie I was looking for here before..
"Tempting Faith" or something like that, an HBO TV-movie..

@NiceShoes Well, people that want to help you think, really need more information then just "green tentacles" and "space"... I mean... espescially when we are talking about 80s anime 😅. Tentacles are a thing in those 80s pulpy, B-movie style things 😅

@NiceShoes Oh... Another guess could be, "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind" by Hayao Miyazaki. That's the first Studio Gibly movie... altough, the "space" element isn't really in there and the monsters have less tentacles then most of them 😅


Tentacles are more greenish in other shots, when they are not trying to heal a character. 😅

but it's a scene where the aliens shoot out long green tentacles and some one cuts em off when fighting them..
it's an early 80's or mid 80's anime, or late 70's perhaps but i think early to mid 80's
would be so cool if we could solve this :D

@NiceShoes Just for info... Any idea what network you saw that one? Like... are you American and was it on an American network? Or was it Club Dorotheée in france? ... I don't know, that could help a bit.

@Kwek00 It was a swedish one so it has to be internatnational at the time, cause it was befoer all swedish channels turned international coop with us's networks etc

@NiceShoes I'm not really into swedish television 😅. I watched a lot of cartoons when I was younger on the French, German, British, Dutch, Italian and ofcourse Belgian networks that we got here. But Sweden is a bit too far away. And doing google searches in swedish, is really hard to do. But considering you know the language, you should give it a try... and try to find something like: Anime, swedish television, 80s ... or something like that.

There are always people that list their favourite stuff, as a form of nostalgia. Which can help you narrow the search. For instance... if I try a google search in English, I find a list by a person on IMDB.

You can check that out, maybe it helps with your memory. These are only TV series though, no movies. Movies will be a lot harder, since they are not regularly programmed and people don't really link them to a network.

I see they got "Space Adventure Cobra" ... That has a lot of weird scenes in it... it's not "tentacle heavy", but you can give it a look.

@Kwek00 yeah from Space Adcenture Cobra i got the sense of it like it could be from that one..
but i have to check so many lol but i might have to do that acutally :P

@Kwek00 it's not only about tentacles, that's just the scene i remember i was a lil kid watchign it
and they attacked with green tentacles that they cut down, on some planet in a space anime

these ghost-blobs walk on a line in the night and stops at a door, they just keep walking into the first one until they enmrge into a huge ghost blob, then a dog barks when they poen the door, the dog attacks the bigger ghost blob and just ends up inside the blob lol
