I often wonder if my cousin realizes that joint probably traveled in someone's ass-crack before he smoked it

I know africa is a big place, with many individual nations and all that come with them. I thought though, that cannabis was legal in many of those places, readily available and of good quality.
I bet i am thoroughly mistaken...
