I Want To Connect With Similar People Like Me

I fail to understand why anyone would want to connect to people similar to themselves...it is pointless why would you want to hear the same thing over and over from different people...oh wait that's how people reinforce their behaviors or beliefs. Instead of connecting with similar people i think we should connect with those who are different in comparison to ourselves. I think it is one of the only ways to expand your horizons.

I don't like conflict. I believe men and women are equals. I believe people of different races and ethnicities are equals, too, and don't support discrimination against people who are LGBT. I'm generally incompatible with people who disagree with those points of view.
