I have driven to Flordia, at the same time staying up for 36 hours without sleep and alot of five hour energys. My Trip to Disney World. It was wobderful. God was truly looking out for me though, I think I truly fell alsleep one time with the car on cruise and going on a complete straight highway for a few moments. I kept feeling like I was blacking out, then it would be like ten mintues of fifteen mintues differeneces in time
@SW-User Two of us were on the way to a concert there, my fellow student and me. We drove with his car, an old Fiat.... it looked a bit like this one
only not quite as much rust ;) the car was stuffed with our instruments and we had little space for ourselves but hey, we were young and we needed the money we were promised if we joined there. We had a day and a half to go to Moscow... we just made it ;)
@SW-User It took 5-6 days. I stopped in Chicago overnight. I met a lot of different people. When I got back on in Chicago the bus went local for a bunch of stops. It was a Friday or Saturday night and people were getting on and off partying. It was interesting. I got hit on a lot.
400+ miles driving on Rt. 80 from New York to Wisconsin to visit my grandparents
As adults, took my family on an 18 day vacation traveling from southeast Pennsylvania to South Dakota, to Colorado, before heading back east through Albuquerque for 1800 mile adventure
@SW-User One trip was Pasco, WA to Wisconsin. The other was Las Vegas to Wisconsin.

I drove to London Heathrow and back in one evening about 600 miles over 1500km to drop my daughter off at the airport after her first flight was cancelled, literally got a text on the way to the airport, from British airways, she had a connecting flight to Australia so had to get her there. 😬
I took a Greyhound bus from Atlanta to Montreal when I was 21. Not sure the distance, but I know we stopped in EVERY small town between here and there.
@SW-User Once I got to Montreal, it was all incredible! Along the way, not so much. They don't tend to put the Greyhound stations in the nicest part of town, as far as I observed. 😅
@SW-User I love taking the trip. The areas between northern Georgia and southern Kentucky are beautiful. I used to take a different route when I lived elsewhere. I’d go through Virginia and West Virginia. There is a road on that route where you drive through a mountain. It’s quite something🙂
