Please tell a bit about your Grandpa/Grandma. :) [I'd Rather Get To Know You Than Small Talk]

All I can remember is that my grandpa used to shadow box like Rocky with a skullcap and sweatshirt well into his early 80’s. He would give me $1 for every time I could sneak him a beer w/out my grandma seeing it. He also swore that he won the lottery, but when he went to check the numbers with a gas station attendant the guy said he didn’t win, yet kept the ticket and never worked there again after that. This was obvs before the self checking machines in the early 90’s and he was still pissed about it on his deathbed.

My grandma was always cooking (phenomenal cook) and loved ALL children. Even the annoying ones lol. I’ve never met anyone that thought children were as angelic as she did. She took care of everyone, but even with that kindness, in the end only a few reciprocated and took care of her. That taught me that even if you have children there’s no guarantee that you’ll be looked after in your old age.
