New neighbors moving in….

Haha, I feel this deep every time there's a new neighbor. "Please don't be a Karen, or chad, or leave a broken down car on the lawn". Then because I'm form the south, I bake them something and then go over and get all the gossip when I pass the baked goods off.

@SW-User It's usually cookies for things like this for me. I always make them in large batches, then ball up the dough, freeze it and it's like homemade break and bakes. Break them into individual balls, then put them on a cookie pan and cook at 375. My trick is that I put them in (if frozen) when the ovens cool and let them be in the oven as it heats up to 375. Makes them thaw evenly and gives them the perfect crisp outside and gooey inside. Though classic southern would be a casserole. I just like to bake a lot more than cook.
