Okay me meeting with ppl from couchsurfing continues ..

I've gone out with three guys already, unfortunately no Nepali girls are interested so far, and all three were super kind and respectful. Today I went out for a second time with one of them and it kind of felt a relief, seeing someone for a second time gave me some sense of familiarity 🤭 we had great long chats about politics and the world, always under a kind spectrum, and religion and so many more. I had a nice night overall, despite my slight hesitation to go out with him again.. I try to make myself clear and I can't be sure what the other expects. But I felt very good, and returning home i made myself a warm tea and I'm sitting now in my room listening to the rain...

@Glassysky no it's a platform for travellers, where travelers can meet with hosts from the country or city they're visiting. You announce your trip and people can choose to host you for a couple of days or hang out with you and show you around. I've used the site on the other edge, meeting travelers on my home country, and sometimes hosting them (it's for free, no money involved whatsoever!) And i was happy to make their lives easier and in exchange i was getting back some of the travellers energy :) and now I used it to meet ppl around here...

@ABCDEF7 yes they take me to local places i normally wouldn't find, and they help me with culture too .. like yesterday the guy took me to a swing, traditionally they build these large swings for the current festival they celebrate. If I was by myself, i would have simply passed by, but he put me on the swing and pushed me up high with all the children involved:) so yes, it's different accompanied by locals..

@MartinTheFirst These seems to be bamboo, not trees. Which are more elastic and strong. Usually the villagers check their strength before using.
