Does anyone look at peoples profile

I always wonder if people here got to people's profile page and read their About Me section or look at their forums. I usually do when someone sends me a DM

I rarely ever click on profiles because I don't like how some can see me checking it. I usually only do that when someone follows me, sends me a PM or I have some very specific reason.
