Last week , as getting my fixings ready for work , a rather distraught MIL enters the kitchen indicating that some depraved fool has taken our disgusting but suitably large garbage bin and exchanged it with a sensibly sized clean one .... She was beside herself why anyone would do such a thing ....
I put on my common sense thinking cap and replied in a rather dull indifferent tone 'possibly the garbage man found our filthy bin had some sort of blemish , and replaced it with a new more economical model ".... She was convinced because the bin was placed back in the corner of the drive , that in no way a lazy sanitation guy would do such a thing .....
Well , after a week long of questioning glances , and my MIL asking other neighbours if they had themselves been robbed of their garbage bins, this day, almost 1 week into the future , our little mystery has been solved ....turns out , our next door neighbor had ordered a new more appropriate sized bin for their home , and the sanitation professionals had mistaken our drive for theirs and Walla ... Mystery solved ..
