Do you ever stress or think about the future if your world is really small?

I dunno, I've kind of given up on the future to some degree. I've been in constant pain since 2010, didn't find out what was causing it until a couple of years ago, and have since learned that there's nothing I can do to fix it.

Feeling pretty out of steam at this point.
