Solving your problem can be enjoyable. As i experienced from my little array of things, there is an instantaneous happy element in the mere act of getting better, long long before actually being better. This may not be the experience of others, but what could be interesting is to see if it's just a matter of perception, could it all be better if we just looked at it all differently?

There's a pitfall some may fall into however. As there is more than just one way to think differently, one could go from one to the other in a scattered way, i sometimes do this with my movies, and i get nothing out of them!! To choose carefully just one way, at a time that is, then it's effectivity can be experienced at it's height, irregardless of how good other ways are.
@SW-User it might be a perceptual pitfall to get anything solved here.
