I believe both of you have it right actually. There鈥檚 many cases where someone鈥檚 lack of attention/communication isn鈥檛 meant to be taken personally because Life simply got that busy for them, but time will always be made for those who they鈥檝e deemed important to them so when it鈥檚 shown that someone doesn鈥檛 fall into that category...especially when they鈥檝e been led to believe that they were in it...they can be hurt by that a bit and it definitely feels personal to that person.
