I Accept People As They Are

Maybe I'm too old fashioned....maybe I'm too open...maybe I'm too honest...maybe I care too much...I accept people as is and yet, people either want to change you, rearrange your thoughts or discard you...I don't understand the method to their madness. I don't understand people and their tactics...I do know that being empathetic, caring and sentimental is not bad, but it is bad when others take advantage of those good qualities so many do not have. Here's to connecting with the genuine ones, the ones who know the value of a good heart...the ones who are real.

This attitude is (unfortunately) old fashioned. but it doesnt mean its something bad. people all around the world (especially the ones online) should learn to respect all cultures and opinions.

You hit it on the head...RESPECT...many don't respect themselves and as a consequence don't respect others. Ugh...what a weird world we have come to be a part of nowadays.

Its still great to see that there are people we think alike all around the world. so it means there is still hope to get better :) i dont want a world full of people who is same as me. it would be so much boring. the only thing i want is the respect in all the colors of diversity in all aspects

And you will surely find somebody who appreciates all of that, trust me the world inst full of jerks, and what is important is that you did your best as a person, looking behind and seeing that you did your best, gave all you could, is the best way to sleep well, nothing is worse than sleeping with regret of not have given love to someone that deserved it .
