Grass is Green

A donkey and a tiger argue about the color of grass, with the donkey insisting that grass is blue and the tiger claiming it is green. They take their dispute to the lion, the king of the jungle, who surprisingly agrees with the donkey.

Overjoyed, the donkey celebrates his victory but then demands the tiger be punished for wasting his time. The lion punishes the tiger by ordering him to remain silent for three days.

Later, the tiger asks the lion why he sided with the donkey despite knowing the grass is green.

The lion explains that arguing with a fool makes one a fool as well, and the tiger's punishment was for engaging in a pointless debate.

The story illustrates the futility of arguing with unreasonable individuals.

What the donkey calls blue is what the tiger calls green, both see the same thing but are not able to agree. Relatable to politics.
