@SW-User I think we've all played a role as that at one point in our lives or another. I have. Is it ongoing? If so, that's tough stuff.

@SW-User Ah hah! I got confused for awhile there. I was beginning to think you were a lot like me with the speculative interests in certain behavior(s) & indeed you are. We're a rare and interesting breed, always trying to solve those puzzling things called humans.😏

@MoonlightLullabyOld Actually, I'm not inclined to get that far lost in speculation. It's just that the more I see of people and the older I get, the less I feel I understand anyone.

@SW-User I totally relate, given my faith & understanding in humanity is questioned a lot as I grow older.

My speculative nature isn't something I necessarily love about myself. As I mentioned in the post I deleted, I would've rather not ventured that particular rabbit hole. It hurt like hell when I found that out about someone I once loved. That was also why I suggested you not share your story, just to rise above it & maintain some peace. As you stated, you had a feeling of catharsis & hopefully that is enough.🌼💫

@MoonlightLullabyOld 🤓 Oh, I wasn't going to tell -- too soon yet, too long a story, and I'm still trying to process. Also, it's the kind of thing that, if I had grandchildren, I would tell them. I'm only curious about why a former friend would suddenly attack. What were they thinking??

But otherwise, I'm good.

@SW-User Oh, from your comment on that post, you said it was the same kind of story & the clues were familiar. That was my basis on the assessment. I guess you were merely teasing about the story swap & I took it otherwise. Glad all is well within.
