Taking it Slow

I discovered this site by a fluke and I find so much about it interesting... But I'm taking it slow as far as revealing much about myself personally. That's probably not really fair to those who have such courage to say what they really feel. I hope I can get there too.
My question is have you revealed things here you haven't told people elsewhere and what has been the result? Has anyone had a negative experience from sharing here? Or a very positive one?

Originally I revealed quite a lot here but nothing hubby didn't already know because he's also a member. However, I started to attract the attention of a stalker who I couldn't get rid of, so in the end I closed the account and restarted under a new name - all my original sexperiences I'd shared were lost and I've never put them back on.
