In The Midst of Covid, and Biden

The other day I was chillin' with my neighbor, and suddenly she says, 'You have a huge pimple on the side of your nose.' Really?' I questioned. She says, 'Can I get it?' Sure, I said, and as she and I sat on the sidewalk in front of her apartment, she went to work. I felt a little pressure, and then a pop. She withdrew her hand to display the prize on the end of her thumbnail. Wow, thanks I said, and we laughed. But in that moment she could never imagine the closeness that I felt to her, and how her act so warmed my heart.

I remember once a few years ago I was walking with a good friend of mine downtown for some reason, probably making a used book store trip. Anyway, I look at him and notice he has a single long hair growing right on the middle of his nose. Long. About 2 inches. So I say, hey man, there's a hair on your nose, you need to cut it off or pluck it or something. But he said no it was no big deal he'll take care of it later.. He's a very eccentric guy, weird like me I suppose, but a good friend. Your story was way better 🙂
